The Oakbrook 7th Addition HOA was incorporated on 11 December 1977 by the Washington Secretary of State and filed with Pierce County with the purpose of providing for maintenance, preservation and architectural control within the 7th Addition and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its residents.
Due to recent events the HOA is currently inactive until such a time board members can be elected.
