About
The Oakbrook 7th Addition HOA was incorporated on 11 December 1977 by the Washington Secretary of State and filed with Pierce County with the purpose of providing for maintenance, preservation and architectural control within the 7th Addition and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its residents.
The Association’s Bylaws established the original annual membership dues at $20.00; this was subsequently increased to $30.00 per annum due to inflation and extraordinary legal expenses. Funds of the Association are devoted to services such as bi-annual cleanups, legal actions, newsletters, periodic news flashes, covenant enforcement, mailing costs and other services for the common good of the HOA. Therefore, your support is needed for the HOA to perform the business of the Association.
