Q: Exactly where are the 7th Addition borders?
A: Approximently west of 97th and Onyx ( a few homes on 95th and Zircon) Stone Briar is not in our HOA.

Q: Are membership and payment of dues mandatory?
A: Yes, If the home is in the 7th Addition, then you are a member and required to pay the annual dues ($30). Dues can be paid via mail or paypal link. Funds ($30) must be paid prior to the fall and spring clean-up in order to make use of the dumpsters. Payment is $40 on site day of clean-up.
Q: We used to get a membership card when we paid our dues. Why am I not getting one now?
A: In order to save the cost of postage, and because there is little or no actual practical use for the card, we are no longer automatically sending them out. If you would like a membership card and have paid your current dues, contact the Membership Chairman to get one.
Q: What do I gain by being a member?
A: When we purchased our homes in Oakbrook 7th Addition, we were certainly influenced by the fine appearance, general maintenance, adherence to construction standards and other amenities. All of these were brought about and are there on a continuing basis as the result of an active Home Owners Association (HOA) in supporting the well being of the whole 7th Addition.
Q: What do my dues pay for?
A Funds of the Association are devoted to services such as bi-annual cleanups, legal actions, newsletters, periodic news flashes, covenant enforcement, mailing costs and the “Night Out Against Crime” event other services for the common good of the HOA.
