Members who are current with dues may use this service organized by the 7th addition board members.
Please see the following guidelines:
1. Hours 9am to 3pm, Please no drop off before or after hours, we are guests of a city park.
Check in with Attendants before dumping to see if your membership is up to date.
2. Yard waste Bin: no dirt or branches over 4″ in diameter.
If you bring yard waste in plastic bags, be prepared to remove the plastic
3. St. Vincent de Paul truck: Clothing, housewares, etc.
4. Other Waste Bin: No household toxic waste or paint, large furniture or appliances.
Small furniture should be disassembled.
Waste boards should have nails removed or bent over.
No large pieces of or quantity of concrete/cement
The HOA board welcomes new members. The time commitment is small.
